A paper by Xia Wei titled Defining Lifetime Risk Thresholds for Breast Cancer Surgical Prevention, was a finalist for the 8th annual CEA Registry Paper of the Year Award!
The Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health (CEVR) at Tufts Medical Center recognise outstanding contributions in the field of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA). The awards are granted to the first author of a paper demonstrating excellence in advancing CEA research and its practical application.
The paper by Xia and team was selected as a top 3 finalist based on the “high methodological quality of the analysis, timeliness and importance of the topic, and potential influence of your study’s findings on policy or clinical decision-making.”
